Jaguar Teams AP Giannini participates in all public middle school sports and the Jaguar athletic teams have won numerous district championships over the years. Students who are interested may try out for a team if they maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Physical exams and medical release forms are required before students can participate in a team sport. The sports program ends each year by honoring its athletes at the Jaguar Sports Banquet.
