Parent/Teacher Association (PTA) Parents and guardians are partners in education with A. P. Giannini faculty and staff. You are encouraged to join committees and become an organized voice in decision making at Giannini. Student success has always been linked with active parent/guardian involvement. With a public system that is chronically under-funded and overwhelmed, services that were once available to all students must now be provided by parents, the community, or not at all. Join the PTA! During the school year, PTA meetings will be held at events. It is a place to offer new perspectives and to voice your concerns, to add your vision and provide leadership. A. P.
